    Hi folks,

One or two of you may have noticed there's sometimes a tiny bit of inter guild drama on UOR. It may be shockingly rare but we know it happens,

So this thread is introducing the UOR Guild Exchange Program to foster a better spirit of understanding and make Britannia a happier place.

    What is it though Jill?

Simples. Guilds exchange one or more members for two weeks so that they can all become friends.

All you have to do is jot down your name and guild below, and you can trade guild places for two weeks with the next person to reply with their own details.

Just imagine the fun you'll have and the new pals you'll make!

Don't forget to clear it with your guildmaster too.

Thanks for reading folks, and mash that reply button.

Of course this is great, but a car that has fallen into a abyss can no longer be restored. People have known each other for a long time, and new guys have to get on their feet for a long time. I think teaming up and having fun can work if a lot of guilds work together, but it's not profitable. Gold and jewelry have pitted groups against each other over the years.

There will always be wars, espionage and competition. Honestly, I like salty guild battles, but only when it's in reasonable aisles and doesn't force anyone to leave the sandbox.

This idea might work, but @Jill Stihl you need to work out the details. If you manage to set up mutually beneficial motivation for the members of this mosaic, then the fruits will not be long in coming. Well done!
