Hey everyone! I was having a discussion with a buddy of mine and I mentioned Arms Lore as part of a Thief Template. Does Arms give a bonus to disarming in UOR? Also, while we are on topic, share your Thief build... I'm curious on what's being used here. Thanks!
Okay... little update: I found the answer to my question, Garvey was able to provide it to me. However, I would still like to see some templates that are UOR specific. ....annndddd GO!
