Should the delay between being able to post on the forums be cut down to 15 seconds?

Can we please cut it to like 15 seconds.

I understand why its there, to stop spam bots and double posts, surely a 15-20 second delay would do the trick?

I voted no, and not because I don't think the time should be cut down, simply because I think 15s is too short. 30s would be my vote. (and keep in mind, I too get burnt by this all the time...including this post)

I neglected to respond earlier because I was in a window of restriction. As you can imagine, I'm hit by this every day.

I've never been been hit by this as much on any other forum and yes, I've been this active on several former forums.

Personally, I think once we're validated as registered humans with a valid post history perhaps, then dial it back to 10-15s.

I'll live fine as long as Chris never catches my post count again :p

I get hit by it quite a bit as well. I say let's try it. If there's an increase in spam, can always switch it back.

I've addressed this for now so you should see it less often. Really it was only set as it was because no one had complained about it before.
