Touchpad control

Guys,

Another noob question.
How do I do the left+right click continue running command with touchpad ALONE?
this is for a noble cause of not disturbing my wife by mouse clicks while she sleeps

I believe on a mouse you hold right mouse and single click left and release. So...same way? Unless you're on a Mac or something without separate buttons. In which case I've got nothing for you.

Turn on Always Run in the UO client options.


Alternatively, if touchpad has no 2 buttons and it is like you tap the pad to click and hold to r-click, then you can install something like AutoHotkey and bind R click to some hotkey.

i think i will try the AutoHotKey method
because the point of using touchpad is not to have any clicking sound while playing UO
therefore i only wana “touch” the touchpad instead of clicking it
a keyboard hotkey will surely help
FYI, typing with my keyboard is much quieter than my mouse clicks, thts why i will try autohotkey

Buy a silent click mouse. Yes they exist. And with a little research you can get a pretty nice one at that

Actually im combining mouse and touchpad
I move the pointer with mouse (right hand), and click with touchpad (left hand)
Multihand UO skill is currently at 93.8, almost GM.

Now i have a keyboard hot key to make my character start running.

on second thought hotkeys or a silent mouse and staying married might be the way to go.....
