Yeah I agree that's why I was including all the weapons, armor and instruments i put on my vendor. They way I calculated was as follows: Tower 1 Mil + Patio 250K+ (Since people pay a little more for patios) Villa that fits patio 250K+(same reason plus both these properties are next to tower) Cabin, Brick and L Shape Deed price That's 2 mil + and then the loot is over a mil if you sell it all for Price Check Price but I am too tired these days. So I estimated 500K low range for it to make it 3 million. I might just lower price and remove all the loot hold it until I feel like restocking vendor again. We shall see.
