We've all played here a while now, and it's pretty evident that the shard is not getting any larger. Gm's need to adapt to make the game fun for all, not fun for trammie demands of tamers.

    faster skill gain
no stat loss ( wah wah wah from the trammies)
    faster skill gain
who gives a shit on afk'ing- let it happen

    fin.

I bet if more people with ideas like this, left the shard, the population would improve.

    Quality vs quantity my friend.

Things that will help the shard grow in a positive way:
Promotion of the shard amongst your gaming friends and family
Patches to combat mechanics that make them function properly and in the long run, balance them as best they can be.
Continued events and the PLAYERS posting screenshots, videos and feedback threads about the events.

I agree fully with yaadoo, mainly because people on other servers already put alot of time and work into characters & faster skill gains here would give them an incentive to start here. The server should be fun, not hard work, if you wanted to feel rewarded give yourself a pat on the back but let's get people out playing faster.
No statloss i don't agree with because then everyone would run around red killing miners etc... Getting statloss makes pks less likely to waste counts on newbies and people who have really of nothing value to them.

If you are going to bash trammies at least dont ask for easy mode in the same post.

Faster skill gain? Sounds like someone is insanely lazy. I had a 6x in about a week here, and I thought that was to fast. If you ever played the original UO, you would know how long it took to gain skills. You would also know that there is PLENTY to do before you hit 7x or whatever. People are way to hung up on skills and owning everyone. Just play and have fun. That is the reason to play isn't it?

If you want to slow down tamers, go pk them. Cause a difference instead of insulting people, asking for easy mode, and complaining.

By the way, stat loss makes playing a red interesting. It honestly keeps me from pking because I do not want to deal with that sort of game play mechanic. I would be more for a temporary stat loss with a timer depending on the amount of kills you have. However, keeping it the same is fine too. I just like the idea of the pks trying to fight, instead of recalling in and recalling out like cowards so they don't have to retrain.

I recall out as a blue, like a coward, because I don't want to have to restock. It goes quicker but it tends to cost a lot. :) Then again, I'm not a criminal :)

Trammies??? Just remember there were various reason Trammel was put into the game. The best part was additional land for housing.
Skills are hard to gain here, but back in day they were harder. It took 3 to 6 months to
gm a blacksmith, depending on how much time you had to play.
I agree, the best way to promote this shard is by posting here on forums all the cool things that
are going on. Events, lots of land to place large homes, new styles of homes, bod rewards etc.
    thanks all
