    Up for auction here is the Traveler's Tower. Formerly a rune library and default rally point of the True Britannian guild, Mercenaries of Brit, this fine home is now for sale.
    I paid a hefty price for the spot and this will be reflected in the details below.

    Minimum Bid: 250,000 gold pieces
    Minimum Bid Increment: 10,000 gold pieces
    Buy Out Price: 500,000 gold pieces
    Auction will close 24 hours after the most recent high bid.
    No Reserve
    **water trough, anvil, small forge and roof ladder will remain in the house**
