    I was told, when I first started here, to never waste plat on carpet because it will never sell for anything close to what you bought it for!

    Insane. Always the greatest deco'd house though every year.

    I thought 20k discount on the carpet was great. Dont know why carpet would lose value. Still desirable among many.

    Yeah you'll lose mils easily thinking it's some sort of investment. It's not. Regardless of the special hued color the resale is never what you purchased it for
