I present, the New West Vesper Public Rune Library and Travel Post. *Under Construction* The new West Vesper Travel Post will be replacing the old posts that were located on the main road. Over time I will be adding books and features. Rules: As before this travel post is not to be used for player killing. Visitors to the travel post should behave in a respectful manner to other visitors. I reserve the right to ban anyone from the property that is found to be undesirable. Safe Travels.
At this point I don't care what changes. If the guard lines change I no longer want this house as my main and it is no longer of use to me. I cant sell the house because no one in their right mind would pay high value for a house that may or may not get nerfed. So I am stuck holding on and waiting. I had a public rune library in Vesper for over a year, it might as well be housed in the large tower. *A final word regarding guard line changes, this house will remain a public rune library regardless of any changes.

Yeah I need to do a little dusting but all 3 housing units are open to new players. I will add details in the main post.
