Just wondering if people actually save up 1000+ coins for masks and such or do most people play the lottery? Lottery seems like a huge gamble! Got around 100ish coins don’t know what to do with them!
They are definitely people out here amassing thousands of hcoins to buy all sorts of vendor rewards. If you're relatively new and low on cash and resources then I'd sell them for gold to buy a tower or something.
Give them to me of course! People do one or all of those things. I had a few hundred in the bank when the lottery was launched. Most of the holiday store items I was interested in were beyond my reach at the time, so I went ahead and played. I can't remember how much of my stash I went through before I stopped at around 100 left, but the RNG was on my side for the most part. I tried again during Christmas, one spin, one potted plant. I haven't tried again .
I think all together since the lotto started, I've probably spun it costing me about 4k holiday coins..... I'm addicted to it but have gotten some really cool stuff!
I've done lotto a few times, prob 1.3k worth and have bought a pair of 2018 xmas sandals recently. Coolest thing I've gotten so far is the blue dragon dye which I put on this fella:

Wow!! That’s a lot of coins you guys got I got most during the X mas event. Is there a event that HCs drop more frequent? It’s pretty rare haha
People use it to buy drugs and gable... i knew people that have spent 1k....2k in loto and only got runebook pens, holiday threes and etc other shits... and another ones that raffle one or two times and got cristal sandals, cristal masks.. i rolled once and only got some runebook pens... i usually sell them.
The scrolls that you got from the xmas event are a really big source of coin. If you run them, and complete them, you will end up with at least 50 or 60 coins per scroll. And then there are rare drops etc. Halloween event is a huge source of coin as well. Valentines event is around the corner, you can get a bunch there. Lots of places to grow your HC stash. As far as spending it. The lotto is pretty popular, but it is of course a gamble. Some have really made out well with it, and others just get nothing. Rng is rng after all. I think that unless you get one of the high value drops, you will lose more than you gain. Even then, if you spent 3x the items value in order to finally roll it, you still lose. Sell it all, and buy the items you want with the gold you make.
