Yesterday I received a message I had never seen before; "Your spirit has not recovered from recent travel." This message was accompanied by the inablility to use my pickaxe for approximately 10 seconds after I had recalled into a location. Is this a new thing... why does it exist?
From my understanding, it exists to reduce the rate of speed that a person who recalls from ore vein to vein ability to mine for ingots. It applies if you recall into a tile protected by guards and attempt to mine within 10 seconds from the time of recall. I am guessing the rationale is to discourage recall-miners (macro miners) from using up veins that otherwise are desirable for old-fashioned 'boots to the ground with a pack animal' type miners.
