Why I cannot delete a char?

When I try delete a char I always get the msg "Its currently in use". But he isn't.

Even after days without use it, I cannot delete it!

Any reason?

red? or with counts at least.. i think you have to idle them out 1st before you can delete

Not red, but I have 1 or 2 counts from some encounters with nasty people when I was developing this char. I'll check it.
