I'm pooling my cash here to create sort of a community center for player run events, roleplay, and new player support. For these purposes, it would be convenient to have the tower near a moongate town as its home. I would also prefer low or no monster spawn, and on grass. I know this is being fairly picky, but i'm willing to pay the extra it takes to have a good spot. Any offers?
