Right now I would say it's 20 mil minimum even on ice or swamp. That's what I'd expect to pay. Like @merlin8666 said, Pill is the only person selling a fort right now but it's part of a HUGE, amazing complex on ice. The thing to do is just bump this thread periodically and next time one comes up a bunch of people will probably tag you in the auction thread or, do what I did which is contact people you know have a fort and see if you can work out a deal. forts went up to 37mil thanks to @merlin8666 around 30 on grass for sure. some even 40 and 50mil (huh huh) dagger, if your crazy enough 25 ish. GL though
possible, but i believed he actually paid 37. if not i would have won it for whatever bid i had on that. 30+ 1000 plat if i recall. anyways, its rly off topic. the buyer pays what he pays, no seller can force anything but decline the sale obviously. its all about demand & offer. i look forward to all the grass located 20 mil forts.
