Think that's enough for today, might hit you up for more if the prices are fair. Can't figure ou how to place deeds in the staryway of mt villa, any tips?

Try setting a table down on stairs and then the deco armor on top of that. Lock down armor and remove table. Havent tried this but ill let you confirm

record a macro with razor dropping the deco where you stand, then convert the location in the macro to “relative” location, take back the item, walk whenever you like to place your deco and play the macro

Try this, saw it on El hornos video, cast fire field where you want to set it and target the firefield itself. Just a theory.

Wood counters i would check Canis's shop right outside of East Moonglow gate. Does a good job of keeping it stocked.

Generally you'll never rarely see masonry crafted items sold on npc vendors. They are more of a WTB type items. I would use this http://www.uorenaissance.com/info/Masonry_Stonecrafting and determine how many stone ingots a carpenter will require for the amount of stone furniture you're requesting.

Table ends is 30 ingots each
Table center is 20 ingots rach
Stone chair is 15 ingots each

Ex. 4 ends and a chair is 135 ingots. Stone ingots are generally 500gp each. 135 ingots times 500 is 67.5k.

Some carpenters may charge for labor, some may not. But id say figure out exactly what you want and a simple and detailed post of what you need.

Furniture dye tubs are bought with platinum off of reward vendors inside banks unless you can find someone to charge you per dye charge that you use.

Got an offer for a tub With 15 charges, 25k per.. but may main goal is to update the furniture. My priority is for wooden counters.. I considered a stone table but I guess I'd habe to buy stone benches as well and they might be expensivE for me right now. And I don't feel like stone chairs enough. Having a hard time deciding if I should dye my wood or go stone. Died furniture surenlooks good!

Guess I have to find out a masson to get a quote.

I would suggest if you don’t have much money to spend, to not entert the tunnel of furniture dying, once you begin is very hard to stop :)

Plan is to get 6 died counters for the top left corner and balcony. Wich I'd have to hue and it doesn't seem cheap at 30K a piece.
More carpet and maybe change the table for stone.
