WTB a quiet medium house. A 2-story or a brick house would be great. Would like no aggressive spawns, near quiet forests for lumberjacking, near mining walls, near water, near a bank etc any of those will be a bonus. Absolute max is 900k but would prefer to pay a lot less than that. Give me some ideas.
