I'm outgrowing my greying SSTower alone on the sea, which I've deeply loved thanks to its complete absence of traffic (it's on a cape, there's not even a reason to run by). I've never owned an LT of my own, and have thought about doing so since ~1997. I'd like to now do that on UOR if possible, but I could stand to stay in the SST a while longer to retain that privacy.
