Loads of open spots like this, just gotta go exploring with a few deeds.

Plenty of housing spots out there but the most secluded spots are taken.

You're not looking hard enough, trust me. Secluded spots for smalls are easy, medium is much harder, anything larger you'll need to buy from someone or wait for it to drop. What's your discord name? When I find a secluded small spot I'll ping you.
