great location on grass, on the road. amazing courtyard tree and mushroom. courtyard is not secure. neither courtyard. unique living room tree, tree deco included! (200gp value at minimum!) rest of place will be empty. neighbors are cynics unused buffer fort and tnt keep behind property.

I'm also offering a purchaser the opportunity to buy the very unique adjacent keep/tower/tower/tower for 9m. place runs from NW corner of fort all the way behind the guard outpost at the xroads. 2150 total lockdowns! keep can be dropped to connect 5 total towers to the fort, i just always liked having two courtyards. i would include this in the auction but realize the buyer may not want to tie up 4 more housing slots. i'll sell it separately if you don't want it. pictures further down of the whole thing.

always had plans for it, or was going to wait til after moats, gonna fish and amib and bod and mine and grind and deco and pixel collect....realize it ain't gonna happen. i'd rather have a nice little cash pile to support my sporadic play until i die, or til life circumstances are different. that being said, i have more than what i need, play from time to time and am in no rush to sell the place. good luck bidding or not bidding, long live UO:R

i do agree the lines of houses should be separate, not my auction though

its a damn fine auction. i would love having every one of these houses just as trophys cause lord knows i couldnt decorate them all or use them in any way. but its the finest complex of homes i have yet to see

he wants 29 million for all of them... im worth alittle but nowhere close to that amount of gold pieces. sorry to derail the auction. i will stop my comments there

You know I had your thief town in mind SJ. So many rich people to annoy... Right now it's just the fort/tower for sale with the bonus of purchase dibs on the keep and towers. If it don't sell I might edit this auction and create a separate one for keep+ at some point (or if fort buyer does not want for extra cost/housing limitations). For the time being I'd hate to deprive someone who wants the fort of the ability to own the whole thing tho. Thanks for looking yall.
