I have this simple mining house up for sale. It has three reachable nodes: iron (x2) and copper (x1). It's possible this house could be maneuvered to hit 4 nodes, but I never tried and I'm terrible with ladders. It's located just North of Rat Valley and a holiday camp spawn just off screen to the South. House comes as is with some extras: two large forge deeds, one small forge deed, a ladder deed, ladders/golem traps that are already setup, and whatever ore is there (over 2k DC ore just sitting around).
