Been sitting on this for awhile and realizing I just don't have enough time in my day to have a dedicated mining house for the time being: WTS a great L Shape Mining house that you can mine from the inside. This is in between Skara and Trinsic, quite a few screens outside the jungle with little to no spawn and is also great for LJ. The winner can elect to also take the cabin for deed price or I'll drop it. (Bid price does not include the price of the Cabin deed at the extra 110k or not for it to the price). Dropped both SB and BO by 20k. No plans to demo if not purchased will probably hold onto them as I do one day (just not in the near future) utilizing a mining house.
