Decent privacy only house on the screen, I believe Eskeleto owns the Large tower a screen to the west and the L a screen to the south is someone's storage container. Bump, if you'd be more satisfied with a Patio (rocks and weeds don't stick through but can still be mined through the floor) you can replace this and nab 50k back from the diff in deed price. Replaced with Normal patio and sold for 300k
