I stopped shearing them about a month ago so they despawned.

I'm actually genuinely curious why this property is better for sheep, and how that works.

They’re not illegal. From the best I can tell this Dragonoff of Richard is a nerd who pretends that he’s some type of sheep killing enforcer and jokes that people need to pay him a fee for him not to kill your sheep. (Which is actually not allowed on this server).

The house is good as sheep farm and drop because it’s really secluded.

ETA- To be clear- Sheep farms are legal, threatening “protection” is not.
