Full disclosure: After placing this small a few weeks ago I am done with it and was thinking I was going to just re-deed it. Then I figured it might do someone else some good. I've GM'd provo and disco on multiple characters here very quickly. Red brigands and sailors are close by and easy to drag over. If you haven't done this before I'd be willing to show you how and even provide a bunch of instruments for you. The crates and stools will remain for all your barding training needs. For being able to own your own provo training house next to a pirate spawn, I'd say this is a pretty decent little house.
