Well. Peeps might buy a small house, but they certainly won't pay 350k for something like this. You can place houses like this or better, with minimal effort.

It's more about about convienance of location you can't get much closer to Brit bank than that

I'm not going to call someone's auction overpriced, but if you want to sell this spot for double deed price I'd place a sandstone there. I'm sure he's right about the sandstone fitting, but even on Test I've placed houses that will not place on UOR. Sometimes the terrain isn't identical, unless he remembers a sandstone on this shard. Sorry it's all a moot point, unless someone here is serious about wanting a sandstone in that spot.
