I'm downsizing my holdings.. and I'm not the type of person to refresh "just because I have it". I'd rather someone else get enjoyment out of this gem. This is an 'end game' spawn house. If you have a dexxer, this is THE house for you! BO: 4mil It's right ON TOP of the lich ruins spawn.. Imagine: running out your door and killing liches! 6 liches spawn again and again. You'll find plat and lvl3 treasure maps galore (not to mention the gold and plat). I bought this house and it's a great jump off point for dexxer farming. I more than made back my investment at a casual pace, without a tamer. Have a tamer? No problem! You'll eat through these liches, and they will keep on coming! it's also amazing if you're the type of person who just wants to jump on, kill some things, and jump off... but if you want to FARM .. this house is the cat's pajamas.
