But look carefully this piece of land: 1- Golem cave two screens away. 2- No neighbors. 3- A few seconds from trinsic guard zone. 4- A good spawn of event mobs around(one of the bests in christmas and thanksgiving at least) SB- 136k BO- 250k

Unfortunately my gold is tied up in a bid on another property and all my stuff from the house I redeeded to fund my bid is in another house so I can't redeed it yet. I will know if I won or not in about 4 hours, I will be able to see if I can afford the SB then I'm actually looking for a Large Marble Patio, not a Villa, but this location is too good to pass up.
