What could I expect to get out of something like this?
we live in a time where any price check is pretty much meaningless, if you really are interested to sell I would suggest to kick an auction with a 1mil sb and see where that goes...

the thing is that the market is relatively unpredictable, especially in these months, I could tell you that basing on a logic evaluation this item might be worth around 5mil, but is that the real price if no-one is willing to pay or have enough money for that amount? The real price check of anything is what the market can absorb or has the capability to pay. it also depends if you are looking for gold only or you will accept other form of payment, in that case you might have an higher margin considering some players might have wealth they wish to spend but not in form of gold.
Nice find. Do not think that is a spawning rare but could be wrong. Could be that someone forgot to lock it down when it was placed.
To value this, I need to know where you got it and most importantly, will there be more from now on. No more of them, would make it a 1mil+ rare.
This. It used to spawn (I think in Delucia?). If that spawn was turned on again, they would have little value. I would assume, though, that that didn't happen and it's sort of like a server birth rare. I'm feeling like the 1mil offer is pretty good. //opinion
If it came from the halloween event: 1M SB, but it'll likely go for more since it's an event rare that we may never see again. If it was a server birth: Looking at 5M SB, likely a whole lot more. If this is a spawning rare that was turned back on, or even freshly added: Looking at 1M SB and it'll depreciate from there as time goes (and depending on how often it spawns now). All in all, it really depends on where you got it from.
Alright so I found it in Ocllo cavern, kind of hiding in plain sight around some empty and closed barrels that cannot be moved. It seems to be a decoration piece that wasn't meant to be picked up. It could not be picked up by normal means, had to interact with it first. I've done a lot of scouting of the world over the past couple days looking for other tubs and found a few, including another one in Ocllo, but could not pick up or interact with any of them. Interesting tidbit: When it's a water tub, it cannot be moved. At all. Even if it's in your own bag.
I was unable to find any reference to it ever actively spawning on this server. I know it did on OSI. I checked Delucia and there are a bunch of tubs there, but they cannot be obtained. I've only been able to find one previous reference to this item on the forums, and it was from 2015, one which was found in 2014 and didn't respawn.

The market right now isn't a good market for sellers. You might start with 1mil, but I think 2mil is a great starting point, in case really no other tubes will be dropping (it sounds like that). Your chances to get more value out of it increase with acceptance of platinum coins or holiday coins. And you certainly want to tag the high profile rares collectors and deco people. I agree with BlackEye, it's not a sellers market right now. It really seems that people aren't as flushed with gold as they used to be. Combined with XMas being around the corner, many people are saving gold to purchase the neon madness that is inevitably on the way.
