Level 7 Maps Level 7 (Diabolical) Treasure maps are now spawning in the world. They can be found very rarely when completing level 1-6 treasure maps. The more difficult the map, the greater the chance to find a special level 7 map. The special maps are clearly indicated with a special hue and name. There are 4 types of level 7 maps. (Abyss, Elemental, Reptile, Arachnid) In patch 64 the maps will be usable. More details can be found in the coming soon post (work in progress) Note: These maps can only be found when digging up level 1-6 maps. Much more to come! Bonded Pets Bonded pets will no longer experience the 2.5% stat loss on resurrection. This will remain disabled temporarily until there are no more DDOS attacks on the server. Duel System Resolved a problem in which the duel system menu could be used to hide someone after cancelling duel setup. Made some minor adjustments to how death in matches with more than 2 players is handled. Denial of Service Attack (DDOS) Protections Further improved the systems that protect the server from these type of attacks. Resolved a minor issue that could result in the server failing to save/stable your pets during a connectivity outage. Both players and pets should have more protection under this new system For more information see this thread Fences Stone and Sandstone fences can now be flipped into all 4 types. This should remove any crafting frustration should you make the wrong item or have trouble crafting the correct fence. A little different, I will have a detailed post up soon. For now we wanted players to be able to start having a chance to find the new maps while we finish the system.
Just like the Zookeeper's Quest, only you don't get to bond weapons like tamers do and the great rewards you find will almost certainly stay in your home and only get used in further Trammel instances. Unless you enjoy taking the risks that literally no other template on the shard has to endure when they farm up 10s of millions in gold and plat value with a bag of reagents/bandages and some leathers. Also, please make sure you use an axe on your treasure chests when you're done to free up the spot for the next person.
Anyone can axe a leftover treasure chest. If you are not the owner, the chest has to be empty however.
Fairly matched to the challenge, and difficulty of obtaining said map. That said we are watching the rates closely to make sure things spawn as we expect. Once I am happy with the rares will get them posted.
