I GMed stealing on 2 characters this way,if something has changed in the rules its possible it doesnt work now,but hey......2 GM thieves speaks...
All I did was steal bottles from a bag on the floor of my house.record yourself doing that with a stack of 100 bottles in there and when you steal...
And no guards in the town!!! Reds and all could come to town and do evil things!!!! HHOHOHOHO!!!

actually the way it is right now at least makes it more razor intensive for the PvPers,if you carry 3 or 4 low charge heal wands you have to have 3...
