That is really imaginative and beautifully finished. Outstanding. Can you actually go up there and sit down/stargaze/whatever? Ladders and mega z-axis work is pretty new to me.
of course, all these extensions are 100% functional - here is my usual afk star-gazing spot in the birdsnest:
Heheh thanks! Your house is an architectural marvel of pixels and an inspiration; I didn't want to completely disgrace the neighborhood .
@E1000 that "Aedron's Skyring Observatory" is fantastic. I don't like some of the design choices, but that is very well done and seems to add a lot of usable space to the home. Stylish and practical. I know how annoying it is to build through a roof, so you must have put a lot of time in for that one, good job.
so true, only people that have built through the roof know the pain... south of Stormhold, NE of Vesper
@The Crooked Warden that is a super classy place man. I bet it smells like rich mahogany! Great job, I especially dig all the carpet defining specific areas.
Gideon's Fortress Category: Best Decorated Massive House Welcome! Let me take you on a quick tour of my home. The Lookout allows safe access to the library and drop point below. To the left are some champ trophies and tarot. The center area has three displays: the oldest rares I own from 2012, a rotating display area depending on the holiday season, and birthday cakes. To the right is a complete set of pre-patch sandals. The Spire allows for a quick restock in case of emergencies. From here I can access the lookout, garden, sanctum, and bridge. The Bridge is particularly useful, allowing movement between the fortress and large tower while preserving the security of the spire. The Garden is where I spend most of my time in retirement. The statues to the left overlook a display of rare maps, the chess set awaits the return of the queen of beasts to begin a new game, and the warrior keeps watch. The Kitchen - where Spirit Cooking and other unspeakable acts are performed. The Sanctum is where I pay tribute to my favorite holiday event - The Night of Horrors. The Necromancer's Study. The Alchemist's Laboratory. The Magician's Library. The Colombian Closet. Hype Trains require the strongest fuel, after all. The Underbelly displays rares from a variety of events including Valentine's, St. Patrick's, Easter, Independence Day, and Christmas. Retirement Retreat. South of Trinsic with ample waterfront and sweet breezes to cool the humid coastal climate, this is where I spend my days now. Champs and IDOCs might take it out of you, but I am still enjoying my time in Sosaria after all these many years. Rest easy, UO:R.

Most Unique Design Element: The Mega Checkers Board at Kirby's Korner Checkers House If you'd like to see the step-by-step images I took during the construction, I made a public post about it on my Imgur account: https://imgur.com/a/0Q3xF5K. If you like this, please give me an upvote on that post, as well.
Small House: Kirby's Fish Processing Center at Kirby's Korner Starting with the first floor, we've got my office, where I plot out my fishing lines, and keep financial records of all fishing activities the K$C Master Baiters participate in. I also have an award-winning fish hanging on the wall. Once you ascend to the second floor, you come across my fish steak factory. This process can be a bit messy, so there is blood all over the floor and walls. This is also where my fishers store their taxidermy kits for future award-winning fish. On the roof, you'll find my fish verification point. The area covered in nets is where I place fish to be judged and verified after fishing tournaments.
Best Decorated Massive House Entry: [BOS] Keep in all its pixellated glory! Welcome to [BOS] Keep, home of the Britannian Order of the Sword and Shield. As you enter our stronghold, you will come to the Great Hall with its dining room and lounge. Here it is not uncommon to find a weary guildmate or two in search of refreshment. The Chapel is a refuge for the prayerful. Here is the Armory with its Trophy Wall. This is the...Interrogation Room. Once visitors consume a few mushrooms, "Mr. Monkey" has no trouble learning what he seeks. The Storeroom contains goods to sustain us on our adventures. Now enter the War Room, the center of our guild's operations planning. Here you will find my humble server birth alchemy collection with empty tall flask (1/1) and blue animated flask (1/2). I also keep a trophy table with modest winnings from past writing and house decor contests. To the east you can see the stairways leading to the Armory and Interrogation Room. To the west sits the Art Gallery. The vases are from the Ding Dynasty, no less. And finally, up on the rooftop, we have made a dueling pit to sharpen our skills and keep ourselves entertained. Thank you for coming out to see us again. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm heading down to the bar. Why don't you join me?
