I don't know what possessed me, but when these fine seasoned fishermen asked me to take up a spot on their vessel, I should have said no. I mean, who am I, I have no fighting skills what so ever, and have only been fishing for a couple of days. maybe a Master fisherman but definitely not Grand. I'd even felt those ominous breezes on the back of my neck, and heard stories of these tamer pirates. All the more reason to stay on dry land but my feet refused to listen to my brain ( hate it when that happens). I boarded their boat and almost fell overboard instantly as I was a long way from getting my sea legs. I listened to their stories and tall tales about fish they had once or maybe nearly caught, I even asked them what was the best bait and gear to use, all the while throwing out my old shoelace attached to the bow of a tree from near my home. I expected to catch nothing. I watched for hours as they continued to throw bait after bait into the water , I was starting to think they didn't know a thing about fishing but here I was gaining skill all the time. Suddenly my old stick and shoe lace contraption was nearly pulled out of my hand. I once again nearly fell overboard n shock. I had one. I was the only fisher on our boat to have caught a fish. I snapped a picture and posted it here as quick as I could. you see I have now caught the fishing bug and soon will be regaling anyone who will listen about the fish I have (nearly) caught. Kind regards to all fisher people Llarrs
This is much harder than it looks, I was on the sea for like 5 hours last night and caught a lot of MIBS and AMIBS but no big fish! What the
