we're trying to do some guild wars with the Cove Millitia (dexxer only, good aligned) against the Orx (orc RP guild) and DeX (Dexxer only guild). I'm not sure what requirements DeX has other than no magery but their gm is @FreeHugger and you can find info on the Cove Militia in the guild subforum.
Factions has been great lately. Mostly SL and Minax but multiple large fights over the past few weeks.
yes, very active. tip #1 Get a guild together and join COM. tip #2 Create a PKK guild and fight reds.
Super active. Pretty much fights anywhere you look. Go to any dungeon, or pretty much anywhere, and you’re guaranteed to find fights.
Hmmm I really dont know about that. People are saying is very active but I'm looking for PvP eveytime I log in and its not that easy. Sometimes I have to go to the pens to annoy someone so he can A - bring his pvp char or B - ask for someone to help. What I see a lot tho is people AFK in their houses getting their short term murders down. Which I started a conversation a couple days ago at IRC asking what was peoples opinion about this system wich in my humble opinion just slow down PVP. Their arguments was that you can AFK to get it down really quickly, that for me it is a band aid in the system, something like If I want to constant fight I need to let my PC running 24h to maintain the short term murder low to be able to PVP. Another argument was that we can have a lot of chars, so you can cycle between them to PVP, again for me another band aid thing that feels a little bit strange. I honestly didnt search when I started to play here 1 month ago if this was a PVM shard or something, so blame on me if this is the case.
@bivis the active pvp starts usually around 10pm cst until 1-3am most of the days that it occurs. around noon until 3-5pm is when a european group that DOES pvp starts to show up. I'd ask to get a free gate to some of the action so you can at least see it with your own eyes!
There is plenty of pvp here. Factions every 3 days when the sigils reset and pvp every single night. Mark some runes to the dungeon hot spots and you will run into a guild making their rounds too. @Valrick is correct I know personally my guys start logging in around 4pm est daily. Anarchy is out throughout the day. Also, KP is always stirring the pot somewhere.
@bivis counts have nothing to do with PvP. PKing =/= PvP Very rarely will you find a PvM victim that will fight back.
But, serious note... there is pvp at the evenings usually. If you fail to find it, just farm and it will find you eventually. At least there are plenty PKs around. Peace,
