I have a fort on dagger island. I'm not looking to sell, but if someone said here is 25m, ya, I'm going to sell. If you want to get a deal on a fort, that isn't going to happen, but I'd say a good portion of the forts on this server are for sale if you are willing to spend.

Money isn't an issue. The issue that I found when I was trying to buy a fort was that a large portion of the forts are owned by people that no longer play and are being refreshed by friends.

It used to annoy me, but hey ho, they hustled for them, they got them, just because I'm active and want one doesn't mean I have more of claim to catch one of theirs.

I would like it a lot if owner refresh was implemented but I appreciate after talking to Chris the nightmare he would have phasing that in. It's not possible to differentiate between a player that hasn't logged in because they don't care and have actually quit and a player that hasn't logged in because they've can't (for whatever reason, military, health issues or something else) or even a player that hasn't logged in because they already assume that their spot has dropped already and have no clue a guild member is refreshing it or something.

It's a pixel orientated ethical minefield that I'm glad I personally don't have to navigate.

One thing i can agree with you on. Should honestly be 1 house per account not 5 per. Makes no sense.

I would have a serious conversation for my castle/fort on grass for 30-40 mil in gold, non-sequential coins. You know how to find me.

I would probably be willing to sell mine for about the same Larloch. I have little interest in selling but those non sequential coins sound nice, lol.
