For anyone else having trouble bonding a dragon that went wild, and you retamed. You don't need to feed it peculiar meat again. You just need to wait the week in the stables and feed it regular meat when it says it is ready to be bonded. Thanks again to Descartes for sharing

We are working on fixing a variety of issues with bonded pets going wild, and retaming pets after the go wild without the added difficulty of a retame if the character taming them is the previous pet owner.

As for bonding a pet, once it has been fed the Peculiar meat, it always remembers that, through transfers, going wild, and being re-tamed. With patch 50 I think we removed the ability to accidentally overfeed pets peculiar meat, so if it refuses the meat it just needs normal food and time to bond.
