Hi guys. I'm a new starter and here's a noob question. I'd like to know the difference between dex 90 and 100 in terms of swing speed, healing speed etc.
Would 90 dex be same healing time (11sec) as 100 dexxer? How about swinging katana?
Would you say there's much more advantage having extra 10 dex?
    Thanks in advance guys :)

As far as I can tell, dex does impact bandage times, even from 90 to 100, though I have not explicitly tested this.

I have tested weapon swing times though, and katanas do appear to swing faster from 90 to 100 stamina. This was with a stopwatch and the "Combat Log Book" on test center.

Personally, I'm going with 100 dex on all of my sword-swinging characters, until I see a reason not to (which would be either (a) wanting more spell capabilities, or (b) getting my ass handed to me by Mind Blast).

Which will happen time and time again in PvP and PvM (damn you Lich Lords).
You can cop a 9.5s heal time with 100 dex and Healing. Personally I roll 70 Dex on my of my melee dudes so I get a decent swing rate and Mind Blast does very little damage unless I'm appropriately debuffed.
