Every once in a while I'll be playing and all of a sudden there is one or more direction I can't move. Have to restart (if I survive whatever I'm fighting) and then it's fine. For instance I can move east, west, and south but run into a wall no matter what is in front of me when heading north. Happens only here and there usually but today during my first T2A trip it has happened 3 times in maybe 45 mins. Not ideal.

Yes, it is a known issue. To combat this, I suggest the hotkey highlighted below.

Either the razor macro for re-synch or you can just open your paper doll. Does the same thing.

Or cast teleport or recall and then cancel the target.

But having a resynch hotkey is better. I believe it is preset to Ctrl+R

You can also open your paperdoll to resynch.

Recognition of the problem is your first step...

Crossing into certain areas is also very likely to cause a synch issue.
Like running into Ocllo mines from the building entrance that most use (not the one in the miners building).
This is super likely to give sync problems.
While you can enter and exit the dungeons like Ice or Cove without this happening.
I personally find it happens the most with areas that have been player created.
I.e: not part of the original UO map.

Happens to me now and then. Thanks for the tips on fixing it without restarting the client!

When I started I noticed a lot less desyncs once I set razor as admin and xp compatible modes. It still happens rarely in occlo but tons less.
