Hah, it is true we are like right nearby there. Red_Rover's place is *just* off that first screenshot. Mine is the next one after that.

Part of it is the guardzone. Reds routinely rampage through the area where my vendor is and have killed shoppers on my doorstep even. I'm sure Red Rover has had similar problems at his vendor.

Part of it is moving goods from bank to vendor directly is a huge breeze.

And maybe the biggest part of it is just the rarity. In the 7 months I've been here, this is the only bank property that has had a public sale. Maybe sale, period? I dunno. Well, there was the log cabin, but that was random. So unless you've got connections to people that own the tumbleweeds, it's time to go all in if you ever want one of these properties. It could be 7 months or more before another one ever goes on sale.

Unfortunately for me, I think 3M is still chump change for Red, haha.

My sincere apologizes as I must retract this bid. A good friend of mine informed me owning two prime vendor locations is grounds for being pretty greedy so I am choosing to take what little time I have to play and pump it into my current vendor house. Once again, I am very sorry for the wasted time Up.
