Explosion Pots

    Does anyone have a good macro for throwing the explosion pots? Or does it just come down to your razor hotkey ?

    Would love to hear some strats you use for your explosion pots i.e beginning of a combo, end of a combo, in between etc etc!

    I just use drink purple pot. Time and throw them myself

    All you need to know is explo pots are on a fixed timer. It does make them cheap because its very easy to make a god-mode macro. It really should be fixed but a lot of pvpers use them and I don't think they're going to complain because it's very quick and easy dmg and interrupt

    Thats not true for UOR, they have a random timer added to it.

    Also... snapdragons macro here refers to explo pot and ebolt spam, which isnt what youve asked either.

    you can write a macro by hand that throws explo pots, but it will have about 50% accuracy.

    The best way to use pots... learn timings and throw dem by hand as scuba mentioned!

    The timer varies??? Are you sure I feel like it's the same and I thought that's what others had told me as well

    Yes, it was especially designed that way to avoid 100% accuracy on moving targets through a simple razor macro.

    Doesn't really have to do with explosion ebolt spam. It has to do with how you plan out possible combos that you can later execute, and goes over in detail how I planned out what was possible, and got the appropriate timers needed. With stun punch this can go a long way. My post has nothing to do with hitting a moving target, but on that topic I will say that if your latency is consistent you can achieve higher than 50% hit rates with a macro - the variance is very small.

    It's a very small variance to prevent making a "perfect" macro that allows you to hit someone 100% of the time while on the run.
