I have for sale one mining marble tower located just outside a cave on Fire Island. I have too many homes at the moment and hate to see this one go. The cave has an agapite vein inside and is a great place to gather bronze, verite, shadow, and dull copper. I have also collected a lot of marble, sandstone, and stone ingots from here. If you do not know how to use a mining home as a trap house I can show you this as well. Great property with low foot traffic, you can mine for hours and see no other players. The cave does NOT! spawn an ore elemental automatically and you will need to use reward shovels and gargoyle pick axes to spawn them. I used to own the spot just south of this one. It was gifted for free from another player whom I'll never forget. You know who you are. Call in that favor anytime, mayne. Anyway... The money you could pull down vs effort is off the m-effing scale. The BO is ridiculous. Were I employed as financial consult for the OP, I'd slap them with a large trout. A considerable portion of my infamous meeeellions came from right here.
