Well, considering this was an auction and the minimum I would accept was going to be 20m (hence the original starting bid), this is a normal thing to do. This isn't hoarding properties (2x fortress anyone) that people could actually make use of in the game. I've got a pair of shoes in my wardrobe that can quite literally sit and collect dust without bothering anyone, until someone feels like drumming up the cash to make their sandal dreams come true.

No skin off my back but I don't consider this remotely as silly as the overpriced properties. Both will absolutely appreciate over time but only one isn't a negative to the community. ;P

Price never raised a single time. The starting bid at AUCTION was 20m. The flat SALE price is 25m.

Also please consider the fact that gold-pumping tamers aren't going to have a problem building up this much cash. I'd honestly be surprised if I still had these much longer after the anniversary events conclude.
