The lights in the village grew dim, and then with a sudden burst a gale swept through the village leaving every light darkened - every light that is, except for the one that perpetually emanated from the pure blue pond. Jupiter looked up from his meditation, and saw the distinct silhouette of a man. The ghost of a man who he somehow knew as once named Reeve. Ghostly visitations are never something to turn away. Jupiter had learned long ago that when dealing with an apparition you have only one choice; regardless of whether the ghost that stands before you is good or evil, you are obligated to lay it to rest. He knew of a certain group of warriors up to the task: The Company of the Vigilant. Ever ready to lend a hand! Jupiter calls upon the Vigilant and in a flash Cattie Brie, Maritza, and Rhaegar appear at the ready! Communicating with the Spirit of Sapphire Pond, the group learn that the solution to laying this ghost to rest lay somewhere within the hedge maze. After slaughtering team over team of red skinned hell-keepers, the group finally finds an unmarked tombstone within the maze. Unsure of what all their toils meant, the group returned to the Village of Paws where they learned that thanks to their valiant efforts to decimate the forces of evil, the Lady of the Pond was able to temporarily restore the ghost to life. The gift of life was granted just long enough for the Ghost of Reeve to deliver a wealth of gratitude to the group for freeing his soul from the captors. Reeve's gratitude was shared in the form of a deviously drawn map.
