Why would there even need to be a new player housing system here, you could spend a couple of hours farming with a new player and they'd have a mid sized house.
Ive been working on quite a few projects, and this location would be awesome! My biggest interest is trying to raise awareness around Chaos / Order fights atm. Since im not participating in factions, and not realy plan to do, this was my way to go. Not only that this would be a nice Order Base, suitable for larger O/C Battles in this area, im also planning on an anti pk project/guild with some people i trust. This propererty would be awesome for both things of these things, but there are other nice possibilitys too ofc. I could imagine any kind of good aligned RP (and maybe even Order) Guild could use it as outpost to hunt Murderers in Destard and to provide a safe zone in the area. It would also fit quite perfectly if you would imagine these propertys (Keep and Tower) as some kind of Watchtowers outside of Skara My suggestion for you would be either to give it to a RP Guild which is taking care for a nice atmoshpere around Skara Brae, or hand it over to someone in the pvp crowd who can use the Keep and the Tower for something realy productive. I can inform you about my ongoing projects in detail anytime. If i got your attention please send me a pm, i definitly dont want to miss out on these propertys if the whole shard could benefit from it. Erza
I should get the Tower/Keep cause you were the first one to PK me on this Server !!! And I have been emotionally traumatized since then I also missed your big YEW house dropping... This keep/tower would really cheer me up and give Resist Events a permanent home
There have been a lot of great responses in here. Due to a time limit placed on myself I cannot sell these homes and use the funds for anything useful. I believe the best option that will effect the most possible players and UOR as a whole would be to give the homes to PS. I will be in talks with them to get this accomplished this eve. Enjoy the new base of operation and hopefully all the new players get a good place to train out of. I purchased the homes and have never even opened a door to them. In a month or so when I finish my move to another state I will likely come back on and if things are going well for PS I will donate some gear (weapons/regs/kegs) etc to help things along, as well as some gold. Thanks to everyone for posting and your interest.
Let me know if you need any assistance in transfer. Krake has had a hit/miss schedule lately but I can swap stuff to him whenever possible.

Awesome. I can't wait to see these get utilized. For sure take Gideon up on his offer to deco them. How cool of an experience for a new player to be escorted across the skara channel and be in PS turf.

To UO:R and HateCrime, in particular. This thread has given me great big emotions, way, way down. All the feels. Thank you all so much for your support of Project Sanctuary. It really means a lot! With this new establishment we will have provo rooms set up, LP boxes, macroing availability and a rune library for anyone in the area to use. It wont be taken for granted, I promise you.
