How could Merlin possibly be considered "rubbish?" Perhaps you never played closely with him, but by I suspect by most peoples' standards he "won UO."

A certain thought just came to mind for some reason. Many years ago when I worked in the food service industry, I had a manager that was trying to teach me how to deal with angry customers, but he also ended up teaching me an important life lesson. He said that there are some people who's sole purpose in life is just to go around and make everyone around them miserable. But he said to always remember that you get to go home and get away from these people, but they can never get away from themselves. The misery they bring to others is temporary, but theirs is perpetual.

I typically only have to go to Europe once or twice a year for work, but imagine how crazy it would be to be on a flight and hear Merlin's voice over the intercom.
