Improving PVP presence on UO:R: Faction Ideas

Not trolling at all. I am replying to this post mainly because I have been trying to convince Telemon to help with what you and I both want. An increased PvP presence on UO:R. I applaud you guys for wanting that. I think we both have different ideas how to bring that about but we want the same thing.
