I think the fundamental flaw in our thinking is assuming that all pks are cowards and opportunists. While this is probably true about some of the weaker minded pks I think that many of them won't back down from a fight once it's thrown down. The fact that they are hard to track down is I think two parts, the main one being that they really can't farm in any one spot. Once they have killed somebody there is usually no one else left to kill. Also while most reds do want a fight, they don't want to fight 4 tamers and their 8 dragons. I think you might find some thoughts on this in the Art of War. I think Sun Tzu specifically said, "it is not wise to stay, when dragons are on their way." It is not advantageous to remain in the enemy's radar so they move on. This tracking idea I think is the least invasive and most functional without being abused. With el hornos idea, I can already see all the dungeons of the land being blocked by 1000's of stacked tables.... I'm just saying, people find strange and effective tactics.
Sure, we aren't going to get Powerscrolls here. But we do already have Champion Spawns. And Champion Spawns do deliver a reward. Why can't Justice work here just like it does on OSI? Velner
