    That's just outside of Vesper

    Nice clearing, no spawn (except "cool mongbats") which adds at least what... 1000 maybe 2000 to the overall price?
    What I paid for it is public record/still on the forums. Research away. I worked out of it for quite some time. Never saw anyone.
    Seriously doubt anyone noticed it was lived in. It's clean and move in ready.
