The lep sash is not named as 'leprechaun sash', which makes the sash drop a regular colored sash. I assume, this is a bug.
If it was a leprechaun sash, it wouldn't fit a human like you, it would be too small. So either it's not actually a leprechaun sash (Working As Intended), or it's a magic leprechaun sash. I vote for the latter.
