I'm curious what you all use to complete these challenges on UOR. Please feel free to share your builds if you don't mind!
    Thanks

Weapon skill tacts anat healing resist music Provo. People use invul bone cuz no Margery, high end Val weaps/silver/repond weaps since they can't be lost. This is the standard for amibs and event scrolls. I haven't done level 7s, I guess if people are ironmanning them it's similar with different slayers but I don't know.

I use a Provo/Fencer and I've done pretty well in the aMiB/L7/Christmas scrolls, my build is pretty straightforward: Fencing, Tactics, Anatomy, Resist, Healing, Provo and Music. As for equipment, I use assorted fort/invuln gear, my weapon is usually a +25 Vanq Repond Spear /+25 Vanq Silver Spear, around 200 bandages, a few telekinesis scrolls and a few spare instruments. A good weapon isn't necessary to finish the event, but when you are fighting against the clock to complete the event, even a few more DPS can make the difference between success and failure.

The key thing is just managing the spawns, basically make sure any ranged/spell caster is provoked first and that you have space to kite the melee spawn.

Bosses are trickier, there's no one-for-all guide when dealing with these; some are weak and can be poisoned with a DP weapon while others are crazy casters that are immune to poison and summon about a dozen helpers.

Other than that, it's just practice. You'll pick up a few tips and tricks along the way, and likely die a lot in the process. As long as you learn from it and have a good time, the instanced events are very fun.

Yeah, I was interested in this but the thought of having no resist on a character kills me.

I use a melee tamer to ironman my amibs. Mace, tact, anat, heal, vet, lore, tame. Using a nightmare to tank and force+ slayers gets it done easily.

I've Iron manned all the instances with one character (Guy Fawkes), I was a little slow at work today so I did this using ACAD. It may help someone trying to get into this part of UOR (which I think is brilliant). This is a fun alternative for when things are slow or you just want to sharpen up on your dexxer skills.

I never tried the level 7's, but one of my favorite builds for AMIBs was this:

    Fencing
    Magery
    Musicianship
    Provocation
    Vet
    Animal Lore
    Animal Taming

Fencing w/o tactics and anatomy does considerably less damage than full-on dexing, but still applies deadly poison all the same. The combo of having provo and a mare makes clearing every room a breeze, even if you hit several provo failures in a row.

Optionally could swap Magery out for Tactics, but you'd be relying on yellow pots for healing. (though with both provo and a mare, damage mitigation is already through the roof)

Pretty sure I had some silver vanq kryss and like maybe a power repond warfork or some junk. Might have had my val spear on me too but I doubt it got used much.

I have a char with the exact same setup. Never thought about trying it. I've only done amibs with a tamer or provo tamer so weary of trying it with a dexxer.

I'm gonna give it a go though.

Personally I found it to be a very fun challenge. I read up on other people's attempts, stocked up hard and did all four in one day without any repeats.

    Good luck.
