i have had two offers of lshapes a deed price +40k ( which i may end up taking one ) but havent yet due to the areas not really being in my personal interest... and they accept me waiting on potential bids. as i am in no rush.

@wylwrk offered you a midsize house at deed price, at a primo location, which often goes above deed price.

Who knows, maybe you would have sacrificed size for a better location when the opportunity came up.

A simple "Appreciate the offer, but I am really looking for a bigger house." is probably a better response in the future.

well.. i mean... if i wanted that property..(or to accept anythign smaller than i wanted on that note ). i would have commented on his forum post sellign that same property.... before making a post with specific wants... i can understand why he posted it here... since clearly NO ONE wants it. and why not try to make a quick buck....

the funny thing about prime locations.... every location can be prime to any person depending how they use it.... or what they use it for.


i could have been nicer... BUT i was warned by 5 users... that air and him were trolls.. and the fact they BOTH posted within an hour of each other totally derailing my wants... told me they didnt have any respect to begin with. they were only here to promote their own sales

i do love all the offers in getting in private messages though. a few look really tempting. ( a few not )
